Bridge Construction - Lead Man

We are currently expanding our business, and are seeking experienced bridge builders that are capable of running projects and have the ambition and drive to be superintendents in the near future. Lead men are expected to be either a skilled carpenter or NCCCO operator that is able to lead the crew and act as superintendent if the project superintendent is unavailable for any reason.

Skills should include complete understanding of all applicable contract documents, able to coordinate with subcontractors and material suppliers, capable leader able to manage a crew of 5-10 employees.

United Contractors, Inc. is an Iowa-based highway construction company with over 50 years of experience in the industry. Our primary focus is bridge construction, barrier rail, retaining walls, demolition, and materials recycling. Our subsidiary company is involved in concrete sawing, core drilling, and joint sealing (All Concrete Cutting Co.).

EMPLOYEE COVERAGE IS FREE after 2 months of service, and families may be added at a low premium. Referral bonus of $1,500 for all employees referred that work for the company for 6+ months.
