- Oversee all aspects of the construction project from planning to implementation
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- Work in a manner aligned with our Core Values of Teamwork, Safety, Integrity, and Excellence
- 6+ years commercial construction leadership experience
- Willingness to travel
- Knowledge of construction scheduling
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail‑oriented
- Valid driver's license (must be insurable)
- Reliable transportation, punctuality, and reliability
- Must own basic hand tools, and have the ability to use/operate basic carpentry tools
- Lift, push, pull materials weighing up to 50+ lbs
- Use hand and power tools to perform tasks as assigned
- Perform sustained physical labor, including standing, walking, and crouching
- Perform work at height, including climbing ladders
- Perform work in confined or awkward spaces
- Read printed and digital materials
- Communicate professionally, both verbal and written communication
- Adhere to all safety standards
