Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Superintendent for a multi‑year, mission‑critical data center project in Indianapolis. The role offers a daily per diem and competitive hourly rate ($65‑$80
).

Large‑scale data center with a budget over $500M, requiring robust and reliable electrical systems.

• Hourly rate: $65 – $80
• Daily per diem when traveling outside area

• Oversee all aspects of electrical construction: design, planning, installation, testing, and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes and standards.
• Coordinate with site managers, engineers, and teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Lead and manage a team of approximately 100 electricians, maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Conduct cost analysis and budgeting for electrical components.
• Drive mission‑critical aspects of the construction, ensuring systems are robust and reliable.
• Manage electrical needs for hyperscale projects.
• Ensure all work follows safety regulations and procedures.

• 10+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent in construction.
• Experience on large‑scale projects with budgets $500M+.
• Demonstrated expertise in mission‑critical data center projects (or related fields such as EV, pharma).
• Strong site coordination and project execution skills.
• Proven cost analysis and budget management capabilities.
• Union experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to travel extensively and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
