What You’ll Do
As a Field Project Manager, Construction Operations, you’ll spearhead Renovation Management efforts across key markets in Iowa, Nebraska and surrounding areas. In this role, you will:
- Lead market operations through on-site research, contractor engagement, recruiting, and performance coaching—be the face of Altisource in your region.
- Create scopes of work that meet client specifications, design guides, and “clean, safe & functional” standards.
- Manage bidding and estimating using the Reno Walk platform or other approved technologies.
- Coordinate and enforce client specifications with local contractor teams, ensuring capacity alignment.
- Guide the full project lifecycle—from awarded scope through completion—maintaining schedules, budgets, and SLAs.
- Oversee procurement and approval activities in collaboration with contractors and internal teams.
- Present monthly operational updates to Renovation Management leadership.
