Estes Construction is seeking a full-time commercial construction Project Engineer in Des Moines, IA. This post-graduate entry level role begins a 3–4 year training program designed to prepare you for leadership roles across PM, preconstruction, business development, or superintendent tracks.
You will focus on fieldwork, assist the superintendent, and learn to lead projects through hands-on scheduling, submittals, RFIs, and safety oversight. Strong communication and MS Office skills are required.
