This position is responsible for all operations and personnel of a portable hot mix asphalt plant on the plant site. This includes all Norris Asphalt personnel and outside personnel visiting the site. Will be responsible for ordering and controlling the flow of all materials into and out of the plant site. Is responsible for ensuring the plant is physically maintained in a safe and mechanically sound operating manner.

Will supervise the Plant Ground Man and End Loader Operator. The understanding of basic math is required.
