Project Lead​/Site Supervisor

At T&M Services, we install commercial workplace interiors across the region. We are looking for an experienced Commercial Lead Installer & Site Supervisor who can step onto a job site, run a crew by example, keep projects on schedule, and serve as the main point of contact for clients and contractors.

• Lead from the Floor:
  Run installation projects from daily kickoff to final sign-off. Work alongside your crew, set the pace, and ensure assembly standards are met.
• Pre-Site Walkthroughs:
  Conduct initial site walks to review floor plans, verify site conditions, and catch missing details or layout conflicts before installation begins.
• Scope & Change Control:
  Keep clients and general contractors aligned with the original scope. Identify added customer requests on-site, document change orders on the spot, and protect project profitability.
• Client Interface:
  Serve as the direct on-site contact for furniture dealers, general contractors, and facility managers, keeping communication clear and professional.
• Site Ownership:
  Handle day-to-day job site logistics independently so market leadership can rely on your sites running predictably.

• Hands-on
  
  Experience:
  
  3+ years leading crews in commercial furniture installation, commercial carpentry, cabinet making, or interior trades.
• Leadership Style:
  Proven ability to earn respect on the floor by working hard, knowing the assembly process, and keeping crew members focused.
• Blueprint Reading:
  Ability to read architectural floor plans, spot field measurement discrepancies early, and use mobile tools for site tracking.
• Business Sense:
  Ability to stand firm on scope boundaries politely, capture change orders, and bring jobs in on schedule.
• Requirements:
  Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
