** Digital and Game Production Manager - Iowa Barnstormers (Des Moines, IA)
**** Description
* * The Iowa Barnstormers Football Club, is a dynamic, locally owned, highly successful franchise that plays in the Indoor Football League. Based in Des Moines, IA, the team has established a strong, loyal fan base and is looking for a creative, professional, and self-motivated person to create engaging digital content and an exciting game day atmosphere.
** Responsibilities:
** The Digital and Game Production Manager will focus on curating original creative content for the Iowa Barnstormers including graphic design, video production, and digital game day content.

• The Digital and Game Production Manager will contribute creative ideas for exciting and engaging digital content   
• Will contribute creative and engaging video content and graphic design projects for the Iowa Barnstormers social media platforms as well as game days   
• Will curate video projects in conjunction with themed game days   
• Will create digital content in coordination with Iowa Barnstormers marketing strategies and partnerships
• Will create all game day scripts and direct game production for all Iowa Barnstormers home games
• Will be responsible for creating, uploading, and verifying all media to Daktronics Show Control and Xpressions for every home game  
• Will be responsible for managing and updating the Iowa Barnstormers Official Website
• Due to the nature of this position, the Digital and Game Production Manager must be willing to work non-traditional hours, some weekends, holidays, and game days
** Requirements:*
* • Degree in marketing, graphic design, video production, or related field.  
• Must have a strong work ethic and competitive desire to be the best.  
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.  
• Strong graphic design and/or video editing skills.  
• Strong leadership, organizational and computer skills.
