Media is seeking an Area Senior Vice President of Programming (ASVPP) to lead strategy, elevate performance, and inspire high‑impact teams across the Nebraska–Iowa Region. This leader will drive ratings growth across broadcast, digital, and live events while ensuring the highest quality standards and protecting station licenses. The ASVPP partners closely with the Market President and VP of Sales to fuel revenue growth, strengthen brand identities, and deliver exceptional audience experiences.

** What You'll Do:
*** Lead strategy and execution for all programming across the Nebraska–Iowa Region.
* Identify, develop, coach, and manage Promotions staff, Digital leads, and On‑Air Talent.
* Analyze ratings and market research to grow audience, identify risks/opportunities, and drive ratings performance.
* Monitor competitive activity and develop strategies to outperform the market.
* Partner with Air Talent, Promotions, and Digital teams to strengthen audience engagement and build brand presence across broadcast, digital, and live events.
* Ensure ongoing investment in original digital content by working closely with On‑Air Talent and Program Directors.
* Support the design and execution of live events in the market.
