Vylor is looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite and experienced in creating a wide range of print and digital marketing materials. The ideal candidate for the position will have a strong eye for design and exceptional creativity, along with strong communication and organizational skills, who works well in a team-base, fast paced, detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities Design and execute compelling assets and layout of all forms of printed matter including comprehensive campaigns featuring booklets, brochures, newsletters, posters, flyers, exhibits as well as supporting materials such as presentations, illustrations, maps, icons and logos.

Network and share best practices with other members of the graphic design team to leverage ideas and materials across businesses and support cross-business communication efforts as  an active brand asset management steward, encouraging adherence to all legal and branding guidelines for all Corteva brands.

Comply with brand requirements across our Crop Protection, Seed and Specialty brands.

Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts for marketing efforts

Participate in creative team meetings and come prepared to discuss challenges and possible solutions

Work with Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, Communications Specialists, Tradeshow/Events and other stakeholders to meet campaign delivery schedules

Monitor developments in the design industry, keeping up to date on the latest creative trends

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent AND 3+ years graphic design experience

Expert with Adobe Creative Suite Knowledge of video editing and graphics a plus (Final Cut, Premiere, After Effects)
Expert in retouching, photo manipulation, and composite skills

Experience in animation, illustration, storyboard development a plus Strong in file organization

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work and manage multiple projects independently

Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet aggressive deadlines

Takes initiative, is solution oriented and follows through on projects/requests until there is resolution

Builds positive working relationships with internal colleagues
