We're seeking a full-time Designer to join our Design Team. Our Designer works closely with our Creative Director to help facilitate all design needs for the Moglea brand. Applicants should have a design-focused educational background with knowledge of programs like Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Experience with video editing programs and social media is a plus. Our Design Team also assists our creative directors with designing new products for the Moglea line. Our Design Team also plans and coordinates marketing efforts for the brand and coordinates our custom print orders. We’re looking for someone who is organized, flexible, and ready to bring fresh ideas to the Moglea brand.

NEW - We're hoping to find someone with a passion for print design and typography to help with a new Moglea semi-custom wedding collection for 2026/2027.

Our Company:

Moglea was launched in 2012 and is under the creative direction of Chad and Meg Gleason. Their artful stationery and product line is created using hand-applied production processes to add one-of-a-kind elements to each product. The production team in their Des Moines, Iowa-based studio thoughtfully applies layers of paint to extra-thick sheets of paper before cutting them down, yielding completely unique compositions.

Each piece is finished on one of their antique presses where it is foil stamped, printed, or die-cut using traditional letterpress printing processes.

The Moglea line is a joyful exploration of composition, pattern and color. For each new release, Chad and Meg intentionally focus on adding unexpected production processes or visual ideas to the current collection. The result is a product line in which each piece feels like a work of art that is meant to be shared.

The Moglea line is sold worldwide, with placement in over 1000 stores. The line has been sold nationwide by retailers such as Anthropologie, West Elm, CB2, Nordstrom and Blick Art Materials.

We desire to match our team’s strengths and skills to roles that can make the most impact. We recognize that we can, and we will be wrong. New information, time, and new levels of understanding ask us to challenge our previously held opinions and seek to improve ourselves and our work. We will be open to feedback from our peers, those above us, and our direct reports. We will self-reflect on recent decisions and motivations.

We passionately commit to our goals and stick to that commitment with a spirit of open-hearted and earnest striving and lifelong learning. We are growth-minded and ask that all employees continue to grow and adapt as our company grows.
