Join our team as a Service Support Specialist and help keep our operations running smoothly. In this fast‑paced, multitasking role, you’ll coordinate service calls for our service technicians, support customers, and assist with parts and warehouse tasks as needed.

Hours are Mon-Friday 7:30am-4pm at our wonderful office Des Moines, IA. Full time 40 hours a week. Pay rate starts at $18.00/hour and up depending on work experience and skill set.

• Dispatch technicians based on customer needs and schedules
• Communicate with customers to coordinate service and follow‑up
• Enter service orders, update records, and invoice completed jobs
• Order and track parts needed for service jobs
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and organizing inventory
• Support counter customers and help with shop repairs or parts orders

• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self‑motivated with the ability to follow through independently
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
• High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of related experience
• Successful completion of background check and drug screen required
