Join our team as a
Service Support Specialist and help keep our operations running smoothly. In this fast-paced, multitasking role, you'll coordinate service calls for our service technicians, support customers, and assist with parts and warehouse tasks as needed.

Hours are Mon-Friday 7:30am-4pm at our wonderful office Des Moines, IA. Full time 40 hours a week. Pay rate starts at $18.00/hour and up depending on work experience and skill set.

• Dispatch technicians based on customer needs and schedules
• Communicate with customers to coordinate service and follow-up
• Enter service orders, update records, and invoice completed jobs
• Order and track parts needed for service jobs
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and organizing inventory
• Support counter customers and help with shop repairs or parts orders

• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to follow through independently
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
• High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of related experience
• Successful completion of background check and drug screen required
