Customer Service Rep, Bilingual, HelpDesk/Support
Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced professional environment, can juggle competing priorities, and takes pride in delivering a seamless customer experience from start to finish?
Murray’s Collision Group is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to serve as the operational backbone of our Des Moines collision repair facility – our highest-volume location and a designated Tesla repair center. This role will also provide support to our Burien satellite location, making strong organizational and communication skills essential. This is a coordination-heavy office role that sits at the intersection of customer communication, insurance claim processing, and shop workflow – requiring someone who is equally comfortable on the phone with an insurance adjuster and face-to-face with a customer navigating an unfamiliar process.
