Customer Service Representative
Responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. Essential duties and responsibilities include greeting potential members, handling front desk tasks, assisting with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and maintaining the club's cleanliness. Essential behavior requirements include customer service, listening, problem solving, diplomacy, and communication. Minimum qualifications include honesty, a good work ethic, strong customer service skills, and basic computer proficiency.
Physical demands include standing and walking at least 75% of the shift, talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift, and lifting up to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
