Job Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming service calls and dispatching technicians efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring they FEEL GOOD INSIDE about their experience
• Schedule service appointments and maintain accurate records
• Assist with billing and invoice processing
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Proficiency with computer systems and software
• Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus
