Customer Service Representative

• Assist clients with policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes
• Process endorsements, renewals, and policy updates accurately and efficiently
• Answer incoming calls, emails, and walk-in requests with professionalism and care
• Follow up with clients regarding missing information, documentation, or signatures
• Support the sales team by preparing quotes, applications, and client files
• Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system
• Help identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and refer them to licensed agents
• Handle claims inquiries and guide clients through the next steps in the claims process
• Ensure all work meets company and compliance standards

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Previous customer service, office, or call center experience preferred
