The Wittern Group is seeking a customer training and support specialist to work with our team on onboarding, training, and ongoing support of our proprietary software. You will help ensure a seamless user experience and take initiative to solve problems.
You will train customers, set up accounts, assist with software testing, document issues, and coordinate with sales, service, and engineering to reproduce and resolve problems while maintaining a focus on product quality and user satisfaction.
