Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. - Full‑Time employees will work Monday through Friday weekly.
- Days and shifts may vary based on business needs and availability.
- Over 18 years old.
- Eligible to work for any U.S. employer.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least one year of strong in‑person customer service experience.
- Comfortable working outdoors entire shift.
- Active in‑state driver’s license (no restricted or probationary permits).
- Clean driving record for the past five years.
- Provide exceptional valet and customer service for patients and guests, primarily entailing the parking and retrieval of vehicles with urgency and operational efficiency, while ensuring the safety and security of people and vehicles.
- Continuously engage physically in an outdoor environment that may expose you to harsh elements such as heat, cold, rain, sleet, snow, and other inclement weather.
- Walk, stand, push, and pull various luggage/belongings in and out of a patient’s vehicle, all while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Use apps and technology daily to maintain operational efficiency and logistics.
- Actively maintain a clean and professional work environment and deliver first‑class customer service.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused mindset. You know how to de‑escalate difficult situations and keep a calm and composed attitude in a fast‑paced environment.
You are well‑spoken, professional, and able to uphold an exceptional level of integrity and customer service.
You are over the age of 18, possess a valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record, and have the physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights while working outdoors.
