Monday–Friday (8 AM - 5 PM / 9 AM - 6 PM Central Time) Pay Range: $18-19/hour Tentative

09/21/2026 Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
This role will handle incoming calls. Handle incoming calls and investigate potentially fraudulent activity. Recommend process and tool improvements that increase the efficiency of fraud and claims operations. Prioritize work independently and provide day-to-day leadership and mentorship to the Fraud & Claims team. Identify and submit customer complaints when applicable. Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to less experienced staff on complex fraud and claims matters.

Required Skills:

Call Center/Contact Center/Customer Service Experience. Nice to Have

Skills:

Bilingual
- English and Spanish. Fraud and claims operations experience. Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Excel and Outlook. Benefits:
