Dental Office Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate MUST have experience in a dental office setting and possess strong administrative skills. Knowledge of dental terminology as well as general dental procedures is required.

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer phone calls in a timely manner
• Schedule appointments and manage patient check-ins
• Verify insurance information and collect payments
• Maintain patient records accurately
• Assist with administrative tasks such as uploading route slips/insurance documents/etc.
• Utilize software for patient management
• Create claims and bill insurance
• Create treatment plans for patients and present to patients

• Previous experience in a dental office setting REQUIRED
• Knowledge of dental terminology REQUIRED
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with front desk operations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in using administrative software
