We are looking for an experienced, positive Dental Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced dental office and genuinely loves making patients feel  Dental Assistant will support our talented doctors across a broad range of services. • Provide expert chairside assistance to the dentist using four-handed dentistry techniques across a variety of procedures: restorative, cosmetic, implants, laser dentistry, periodontal therapy, endodontics, children's dentistry, clear aligner treatment, TMJ/TMD, sleep appliances, and more
• Prepare operatories, instruments, and materials prior to each appointment
• Take and process dental radiographs in compliance with Iowa state regulations
• Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment following strict infection control protocols
• Ensure patient comfort and provide compassionate support throughout every phase of treatment
• Take impressions, document treatment notes, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA

• Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience preferred
• Iowa Dental Assistant Registration (issued by the Iowa Board of Dental Examiners) required
• Current CPR certification required
• Positive, cheerful attitude that puts patients at ease from the moment they walk in
• Proficiency in dental practice management software and digital radiography
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with patients of all ages
• Dependable, punctual self-starter with a genuine commitment to continuous learning
