• Full-time, employed position
• Established and growing Occupational Medicine practice
• 3 clinic locations in the Des Moines metro
• Current team: 3 Physicians and 3 APPs
• Monday ÄìFriday, 8:00am Äì5:00pm
• No call, no weekends, no holidays
• Average 18 Äì22 patients per day
• Common visits: DOT physicals, pre-employment screenings, 411 physicals
• Disability exams not required
• Experienced clinical and administrative support staff
• Collaborative, team-based environment
Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive occupational health services
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
• Maintain strong written and verbal communication
• Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills in clinical decision-making
• Work collaboratively to improve health outcomes in the community
Requirements
• MD or DO
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Occupational Medicine
• Ability to obtain and maintain unrestricted Iowa medical license
• Unrestricted DEA and prescribing authority
• Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt)
