Gastroenterology Locums Assignment with APP Support in Iowa - Des Moines
An immediate Locums assignment is available for a Gastroenterologist in Des Moines, IA, offering manageable patient volume and essential credentialing support.
Practice Setting
- Practice services include Medical Imaging, Lab, and Pharmacy
- No supervision of Advanced Practice Providers is expected
- Assignment does not require Outreach or Telehealth
Schedule
- 24-hour call coverage with 8 hours required on-site
- Patient Contact Hours are from 7a to 7a
Procedures and Cases
- Must be able to perform EUS
- Must be able to perform ERCP
- Colonoscopy experience is required
Requirements
- Board Certified in Gastroenterology or Truly Board Eligible
- Must be Fellowship Trained in Gastroenterology
- Clean Malpractice/Background History (NPDB required)
Credentialing Requirements
- Active IA State License or Open to IMLC Physicians
- Truly Board Eligible must be within 5 years of completing Fellowship

- Travel and Lodging provided for the assignment
