Active unrestricted license to practice medicine in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States

Board Certified in Internal Medicine with a Subspecialty in Gastroenterology

BLS (AHA)

ACLS (AHA)

DEA Certificate

Minimum of 2 years of GI experience.
