Job Summary:
- Participating in curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation
- Use teaching strategies based on educational theory and evidence-based practice
- Provide resources to students that help meet individual learning needs
- Participate in the evaluation of the program outcomes
- Evaluate and counsel students and engage in scholarship
- Test development and analysis
- Participate in school and institutional committees and activities, leadership activities and professional development
- Assist HSCP program staff in communicating department and program information each semester with approved high school instructors
- Visit approved high school instructors on-site and present discipline-specific lectures on an annual basis as scheduled with the assistance of the HSCP staff.
- Annually review course syllabus in preparation for required on-campus in-service for approved high school instructors.
- Assist HSCP Program Director in planning and conducting in-service(s) and workshop(s) opportunities.
- Attend HSCP program conference and faculty liaison meetings providing professional development opportunities and encourage on-campus colleagues in the discipline to attend same.

Job Summary:
- Attendance at one-on-one meetings with the Program Director.
- Development of curriculum with the school faculty and Program Director and assessment of curriculum with the school faculty, Program Director, and other college administration.
- Development of coursework and updating course materials to keep courses at the leading edge of knowledge in the disciplines.

- Providing student support for every aspect of learning in the form of regular office hours, tutorial assistance, coaching and career and academic assistance and advice.
- Teaching Project Management courses and teaching of courses
- Hold office hours, grade papers, mentor students and adhere to the University standards.
- Review, evaluate, and provide feedback to students in the practicum skills portion of the program.
