This interactive, full-day training is designed for Motivational Interviewing (MI) specialists. Participants will explore practical methods for embedding MI practices into their agency’s culture, address common implementation challenges, and develop actionable plans for cross-agency resource sharing and cooperation. Through a combination of presentations, small-group activities, role-playing, and peer coaching, participants will deepen their MI skills, identify innovative solutions to implementation barriers, and create sustainable strategies for fostering MI excellence in their teams and communities.

Trainer: Meraki Institute of Learning

Intended Audience: Family Centered Services (FCS) Staff, Direct Care/Front-Line Staff and Supervisors

Registration will begin at 8:30 AM. Training will start promptly at 9:00 AM and is scheduled until 4:00 PM.
