What You’ll Do- Create engaging instructional content using adult learning principles
- Work with the L&D team to implement programs within the LMS
- Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to conduct needs assessments
- Support virtual and in-person training delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication or a related field
- 3+ years of designing and developing learning content in a corporate environment
- Communicates effectively in writing, producing clear, concise, and professional content
- Microsoft Office proficiency and comfort with HR systems
- Sets clear objectives, aligns efforts, and manages time and resources to achieve results
