- Lead end‑to‑end project management for any of the following project types; BESS, solar, wind, and hybrid renewable energy projects from initiation through commissioning and closeout.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, scopes, and risk registers across multiple concurrent projects.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and asset‑management activities to ensure on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, EPC partners, utilities, AHJs (Authorities Having Jurisdiction), and internal cross‑functional teams.
- Oversee permitting processes and ensure project compliance with environmental, safety, interconnection, and regulatory requirements.
- Support procurement and contracting efforts including RFPs, bid reviews, EPC contract negotiations, and vendor selection.
- Monitor contractor performance, construction progress, and quality assurance/quality control across BESS and renewable energy sites.
- Manage interconnection processes, utility coordination, and required system studies for renewable and storage projects.
- Ensure effective change management processes, including evaluation, negotiation, and documentation of change orders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks related to schedule, cost, supply chain, construction, and grid‑integration challenges.
- Prepare and deliver project status updates, dashboards, financial forecasts, and executive reports.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including technical submittals, commissioning records, and regulatory filings.
