It is known for client focus, quality service, and communication. The West Des Moines, IA office has an immediate opening for a Civil Engineer with 5+ years of experience.

• Build client relationships and grow current client base.
• Develop marketing activities to pursue new clients.
• Lead and mentor design teams.
• Serve as a technical design specialist and mentor.
• Facilitate good technical design decisions.
• Ensure a quality client experience that meets or exceeds expectations.
• Share development knowledge with project teams.
• Manage business development for current clients and new pursuits.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited engineering university.
• Experience:
  
  5+ years of civil engineering work.
• License/Certification:
  Designation as an Engineer Intern (EI);
  Professional Engineer license preferred.
• Pass drug and background screenings required for work at most client sites.
