Project Controls Specialist

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using industry-standard tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Support cost control processes including budget development, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Track and analyze project performance metrics, including schedule adherence, cost trends, resource utilization, and productivity.
• Prepare and maintain project baselines for scope, cost, and schedule.
• Collect, validate, and integrate data from engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractor teams.
• Prepare recurring project reports such as earned value analysis (EVA), cash flow projections, and progress dashboards.
• Support change management processes by evaluating change events, developing cost/time impacts, and maintaining change logs.
• Assist project managers in identifying risks, issues, constraints, and mitigation actions based on performance analytics.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project controls data, logs, baselines, and historical records.
• Provide analytical support for claims, extensions of time, and dispute resolution as needed.
• Support governance reviews, audits, and compliance with corporate project management standards.
