What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead maintenance and reliability initiatives including preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Support capital projects from planning through execution
- Drive equipment reliability, OEE improvements, and downtime reduction
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues
- Develop and monitor maintenance KPIs and performance metrics
- Partner with operations, engineering, and plant leadership to improve plant performance
- Coach, develop, and lead maintenance team members
- Engineering degree or equivalent manufacturing leadership experience
- 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance, engineering, or reliability
- Leadership experience managing maintenance teams
- Experience with CMMS systems, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement programs
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience in food manufacturing, protein processing, consumer packaged goods, packaging, paper, chemical, or other high-volume manufacturing environments preferred
