• Enhance regional field teams by implementing Ryan's scheduling standards.
• Support project teams during proposal stages by developing and reviewing schedules.
• Lead collaborative preconstruction planning sessions with project teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to monitor and maintain schedule health across operations.
• Exemplify leadership qualities by setting a positive example for others.
• Serve as a key resource for construction teams throughout projects.
• Work closely with Developers, Designers, Project Managers, and Field Managers.
• Travel to project sites as required, potentially up to 50% of the time.

• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Expertise in scheduling and planning systems, with proficiency in MS Project and familiarity with Primavera (P6) or 4D scheduling software.
• Understanding of construction techniques and field operations.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, both individually and in group settings.
