Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Telecommunications Permit Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the permitting process for telecommunications projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of permitting procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the permitting process for telecommunications projects.
  • Prepare and submit permit applications to relevant authorities.
  • Track the status of permit applications and ensure timely approvals.
  • Use judgement on when to increase pressure on AHJ's.
  • Maintain accurate records of all permit applications, approvals, and related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Provide regular updates to project teams on the status of permits.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of permitting strategies to streamline processes.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and permit tracking software. Smart Sheet experience is a plus.
