Our well-established, growing Land Surveying and Engineering firm is looking for a Professional Land Surveyor

Position responsibilities:

Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules
Produce competitive proposals and review project budgets
Supervise field surveyors and office drafters
Ensure teams are equipped with personal protective equipment and adhere to safety protocols
Attend project meetings and provide QA/QC support
Maintain compliance with survey regulations
Research property boundaries and related documents

Position essential job functions:

Lead survey crews
Advanced understanding of coordinate systems and vertical datums
Proficiency in CAD software
Ability to work independently or collaboratively
Strong problem-solving skills

Position skills:

Over 10 years of land surveying experience
Colorado PLS license
Strong communication skills
Motivated and detail-oriented mindset
