Mechanical Reliability Engineer
As a Mechanical Reliability Engineer, you will apply technical knowledge to deliver continuous improvement in principles and problem-solving techniques in asset reliability through the detection and elimination of defects. You will repair and perform preventive maintenance to ensure the most efficient operation while taking a proactive approach to new equipment installations. In this role, you will partner with the team on tasks ranging from simple part replacement, advanced troubleshooting and preventive/predictive maintenance ensuring that equipment is properly configured and/or set up.
IdealCandidate
BS degree in a mechanical or industrial or electrical engineering with 1-2 years of experience within manufacturing environments/facilities understanding how equipment works, mechanical components design and understanding the breakdown of the equipment and the mechanics of that equipment in order to able to troubleshoot technical issues and perform preventive maintenance for the industrial machinery such as seals, piping, pumps, fans, blowers and material handling equipment and SAP experience.
We are open to the following industries food manufacturing, oil, gas, mining, chemical manufacturing and military background.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience Minimum of two years of related work experience
Preferred QualificationsKnowledge in maintenance process management Background in rotating equipment, seals, piping, pumps, fans, blowers and material handling equipment. Experience creating complex tests and analysis. Predictive maintenance technologies experience. Experience with SAP.
