Civil Engineer to join our Transportation Design team in our newly relocated
Des Moines, IA office, located in the heart of downtown. You will support transportation infrastructure projects, receive one-on-one mentorship, and contribute to innovative design solutions that make a difference!
- Provide engineering support for roadway/transportation related projects
- Assist in the planning, design, and construction administration of projects
- Complete feasibility studies and technical design reports
- Coordinate roadway design project plans with associated utilities
- Demonstrate eagerness to learn new areas of engineering
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (We are considering May 2026 graduates)
- Familiarity with or previous experience using Micro Station/Open Roads Designer and/or AutoCAD/Civil3D software for design and drafting tasks
- Completion of an engineering internship or other professional employment providing experience in surveying, transportation design, Micro Station/Open Roads Designer, and/or construction observation
