Job Overview
Keystone Electric is seeking an electrical testing specialist to lead and execute advanced testing processes, ensuring the quality and performance of electrical, electronic, and mechanical parts and materials. This position supports engineering activities by participating in the design, test development, check‑out, modification, fabrication, and assembly of new electrical and mechanical systems. Testing and quality are core values for our team. The electrical testing specialist will identify improvements to our processes and procedures, ensuring these values remain a top priority.

Every day at Hubbell is different and you'll contribute in many ways. On any given day, you'll make a difference by:
- Contribute to electronic circuit designs and analysis, in support of project engineers.
- Maintain equipment and the laboratory, calibrate instruments, stock laboratory with proper and sufficient operating materials, and recommend new or replacement test equipment as needed.
- Evaluate materials and components to specification.
- Perform environmental tests to check out prototypes, components and related items.
- Aid engineers in demonstrating that products are reliable and meet required quality levels—including the design and build of test circuits and apparatus (electrical, electronic or mechanical) and in supporting other departments to help maintain the products in production.
- Train lab technicians in the proper use of equipment, safety procedures, product testing and documentation.
- Research UL/CSA standards for construction and performance requirements; prepare test specimens and apparatus for UL/CSA testing. Assist certification agency in the inspection and testing of product.
- Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Bachelor's Degree and knowledge of theoretical principles and general electronic component functions, is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in electrical/electronic testing and design techniques.
- Ability to work from procedures and drawings with minimal guidance.
- Experience executing tests and documenting results.
- Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving, time management, and strong organizational, multi‑tasking, leadership and decision‑making skills.
- Excellent communication, both oral and written.
