Senior Water Resources Project Manager – (194497)

Our Water Business Group focuses on delivering safe drinking water, treating wastewater responsibly, and developing sustainable water supplies while protecting lives and property through flood control. These initiatives directly support public health, environmental sustainability, and infrastructure resilience.
Responsibilities- Direct and coordinate the work of one‑discipline or multi‑discipline teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary owner of all aspects of complex small to medium projects or routine large projects.
- Manage water‑resources projects, including flood‑risk reduction, levees, dam and spillway rehabilitation, flood control, channel restoration, wetland and lake restoration, stormwater detention and conveyance, and riverine structure.
- Assist in water‑resources permitting efforts and documentation.
- Produce and coordinate several small to medium projects concurrently.
- Establish and maintain client relations, and participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings.
- Conduct work sessions for deliverable development in conjunction with other staff and stakeholders.
- Coordinate staffing and workload through the entire project life cycle, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Track financial aspects of projects and adjust work effort with the team to stay within budget and schedule.
- Prepare project reviews in collaboration with Accounting, Operations, and Business leadership.
- Implement QA/QC procedures.
- Perform other duties as required.
- PMP certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 10 years of related experience
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience
- Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position (e.g., PE or P.Eng)
- MS Office and MS Project experience (Access experience is a plus)
- Demonstrated leadership, business development, and strategic planning skills
