This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys developing people, building client relationships, and helping drive the strategic growth of a successful practice.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineering professionals.
  • Manage and oversee water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
  • Develop and strengthen client relationships while supporting business development efforts.
  • Provide technical guidance, quality oversight, and project leadership.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to support long-term growth initiatives.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering.
  • Strong background in project management, client engagement, and business development.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality results.
