Job DescriptionMulti-state design firm is seeking a Senior Civil Site Design Engineer for their team in Des Moines!
Responsibilities include:
lead engineer on complex projects, use technical expertise to provide high-level technical engineering design, may include supervising professional/technical staff, mentor/train junior staff, review contracts with support of administration, promote efficiencies in producing quality work, ensure quality standards are met. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in engineering, 8+ years of engineering experience, excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Salary is commensurate with experience.
