Bridge Design Engineer

What You'll Do

  • Design and develop bridge structures for transportation infrastructure projects.
  • Assist with projects from preliminary engineering through final design and construction support.
  • Prepare plans, specifications, engineering calculations, and technical reports.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and project stakeholders.
  • Ensure designs meet applicable industry standards, client requirements, and project schedules.
  • Contribute to projects that improve transportation systems and serve local communities.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Around 5+ years of bridge design experience, ideally on transportation infrastructure projects.
  • EIT certification required; PE license preferred or the ability to obtain licensure.
  • Experience with bridge design software and applicable design standards.
  • Strong communication, technical, and problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with a desire to continue learning and growing professionally.
