Key Responsibilities:
- Supervises all aspects of factory engineering projects
- Completes technical aspects of assigned projects
- Recognizes problems and communicates alternative solutions and facilitates process to select 'best' alternative to accomplish desired objective
- Identifies and participates in the development of training programs for staff utilizing completed engineering projects
