POSITION SUMMARY:

Coordinator, Game Production is responsible for developing and implementing high quality, entertainment at Des Moines Buccaneers home games and events.

Essential Functions:

* Produce and coordinate game day plans, in game entertainment and fun fan engagement for all Des Moines Buccaneers home games & Events
* Run point on game day logistics with internal and external parties including but not limited to arena, security, game night staff and contractors
* Serve as the lead producer with support from game night staff
* Coordinate internal production team on the creation of in-game assets and content
* Maintain music library and ensure it stays fresh and current
* Assist in the development of team events
* Brainstorm, present and implement innovative ways to improve theme nights, game experience and fan engagement
* Other duties as assigned

* Qualifications:

*
* * Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year College or university in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
* 1-2 years of experience
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Ability to solve problems quickly.
* Attention to detail is a must.
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
* Ability to work as business needs require which may include long days, evenings, weekends, occasional holidays, and travel if / when necessary.
* Must have U.S. work authorization.
