Job Title:Business Development Manager / Strategic Growth Partner / Upper Midwest & MT, WY
We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical individual to join our Minnesota team. The successful candidate will work within a team of Financial Advisors to help clients meet their financial objectives.
The Financial Professional plays a key role in our team. After obtaining the necessary licenses and registrations through our Career Development Program (CDP), your typical responsibilities include:
No prior financial services industry experience is required due to our extensive training program, although industry exposure is a plus.
Candidate Profile:- Self-starter and customer service-oriented.
- Engaging communicator and negotiator.
- Problem solver and lifelong learner.
- Critical thinker with prior sales experience or a knack for networking.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Support for licensing and education to advance your career.

The career pathway begins with the Pre-Contract CDP Affiliate phase, covering licensing costs and exam preparation. Upon successful completion, you may start as a part-time CDP Contract Associate earning approximately $15/hour. Afterward, you can transition to a full-time Financial Professional Associate position, earning an average of $50,000–$75,000 in commissions and bonuses in the first year. Eligible FPAs may also participate in a 401(k) plan and company-sponsored insurance and benefits.
