Contract Duration: 12 Months contract to hire

Summary: wants candidates to show they understand the full lifecycle of a credit card case, including internal processes, data management, and merchant coordination—not front-line customer service.

• Handling or servicing credit cards, not just general loans or third-party work.
• Microsoft systems experience and e-card processing are relevant but teachable.

• Data entry & case management:
  How the candidate tracked and processed credit card cases in systems.
• Overall handling of a case:
  Step-by-step understanding of managing a credit card dispute or issue.
• Merchant interactions:
  Whether they coordinated with merchants or middlemen (not direct customer interaction).
• Dispute investigation:
  How they investigated and resolved credit card disputes, including documentation and follow-up.
