Position: Finance Manager/ Controller

The Finance Manager / Controller position is responsible for overseeing the Company’s day-to-day recording of financial transactions, overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general accounting / finance needs, along with generating monthly reports and maintaining a weekly scorecard. This position will report directly to the General Manager.

Key Accountabilities

The primary responsibilities for the Finance Manager include:

  • Ensuring accurate input of accounting and financial transactions on a regular (daily) basis.
  • Reviewing Accounts Receivable reports and assisting with collections.
  • Entering invoices for Accounts Payable.
  • Managing daily cash flows and being a steward of company resources.
  • Reconciling revenue reports from Pump Magic to revenue recorded in Quick Books.
  • Assist with preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Generating monthly financial statements
  • Work with outsourced service providers for monthly/quarterly financial reporting, accounts payable management, fixed asset and depreciation recording, and other finance department needs.
  • Uphold policies and procedures, including internal controls design and implementation, to ensure the integrity and accuracy of accounting inputs.
  • Processing of weekly payroll.
  • Preparation of all related payroll tax reports and other necessary reporting requirements relating to payroll
  • Other duties as required

The Finance Manager will be measured by:

  • Timely and accurate reporting of accounting and financial information.
  • Timely updates and accuracy of weekly leadership team scorecards.
  • Assistance with the improvement of internal processes and efficiency.
  • 360 Feedback from leadership team and others
  • Ability to hold others accountable, when needed.
