Sr Financing Analyst

What You'll Do

• Analyze and assess risks of transaction due diligence.
• Draft, negotiate and make decisions regarding terms and conditions of legal documentation.
• Manage transaction process by coordinating information delivery between internal and external parties.
• Assist in developing and maintaining business relationships with property owners, developers and investment brokers.
• Assist in researching developments in commercial real estate financing transactions and assist in formulating appropriate protocols.
• Perform other job-related duties or special projects as required.

We’re looking for a Sr Financing Analyst to join our Commercial Finance Consulting team. In this role, you’ll analyze and complete all aspects of commercial real estate financing transactions to meet client investment strategies. You'll assist in the implementation of marketing strategies to build brand and reputation in the market and meet profit targets!

• Bachelor's degree with background in business, law or economics
• 5+ years experience in commercial real estate is required with at least 4 years experience dealing with financing issues and structures
• Strong analytical, negotiation, decision making and problem‑solving skills
• Must possess strong communication skills including verbal, written, listening and negotiating skills
• Ability to work independently, be results oriented and exhibit excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to interpret and analyze legal documentation and complex legal structures and issues, assess risk and make decisions based on independent analysis
• Must also have strong organizational, project management, planning skills and the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple, competing priorities
• Must be able to demonstrate skills in marketing and customer relations

$89300 - $120650 / year

• Work Environment:
  In‑office, hybrid from Des Moines, IA (blending at least three office days in a typical work week).
• Work Authorization:
  This role does not consider applicants requiring immigration sponsorship.
• Time Off Program:
  Flexible Time Off (FTO) for salaried employees.
• Pension:
