Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

The FP&A Manager plays a key role in guiding financial strategy through planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. This individual works closely with senior leadership and business partners to deliver insights that inform decision-making, surface risks and opportunities, and support overall business performance.

• Own and lead the annual budget cycle, ongoing forecasting, and longer-term financial planning efforts.
• Build and refine financial models that support strategic initiatives, capital investments, and operational decisions.
• Assess financial performance, KPIs, and trends to identify insights and recommend actions.
• Produce monthly reporting materials for leadership, including variance analysis and clear, concise commentary.
• Collaborate with leaders across the organization to evaluate performance and drive improved financial outcomes.
• Provide support to executives through scenario modeling, profitability analysis, and ad hoc reporting.
• Track and evaluate cash flow, operating spend, and revenue against plan.
• Enhance financial reporting processes, including automation and data integrity improvements.
• Contribute to board-level materials, investor reporting, and broader strategic planning efforts as needed.
• Maintain adherence to internal controls, company policies, and financial reporting standards.
• Coach and develop junior finance team members.
