Investment Operations Manager

Overview

I’m currently partnering with a well-capitalized, multi-strategy investment platform looking to add a Director-level leader focused on investment operations, reconciliation, and data integrity.

This is a highly visible role where you’ll own the accuracy of investment books & records
, lead a growing team, and work directly with senior stakeholders across trading, technology, and investment teams.

• Oversee daily reconciliation of cash, positions, and investment activity across systems and counter parties
• Lead resolution of complex breaks across settlements, income, corporate actions, and alternative assets
• Strengthen and evolve the firm’s control environment and reconciliation framework
• Partner with Technology and Operations to implement scalable process improvements
• Act as a key stakeholder for new fund launches, system enhancements, and data integrity initiatives
• Build and develop a high-performing team, setting the standard for operational excellence

• 6-12 years in investment operations, reconciliation, or fund accounting within asset management
• Proven experience leading teams in a high-volume, complex environment
• Strong product knowledge across credit and alternative investments
• Advanced Excel; SQL or data tools are a plus
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
